Editorial Policy

Our standards for evidence, product facts, affiliate independence, updates and health-content boundaries.

Reviewed and updated September 7, 2026

Evidence hierarchy

We prioritize official manufacturer information for product facts, FDA guidance for U.S. supplement regulation, and peer-reviewed human research for health evidence. We distinguish human randomized trials from observational, animal, cell and traditional-use evidence.

Commercial independence

Affiliate commissions can influence which products are economically practical to cover, but they do not justify fabricating experience, testimonials, prices, clinical results, or safety claims.

Corrections and updates

Prices and merchant terms are dated when practical. If we find a material factual error, we correct the page rather than silently preserving outdated claims.

Medical review boundary

Content is educational and not a substitute for a clinician who knows a reader’s medical history, medications and lab results.
